These Advertising Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of advertising services (“Services”) from CatholicBusinessDirectory.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order for our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Initial Subscription, Payment, and Term
    All advertisements are for an initial term of six (6) months, commencing on the date of purchase. Payment for the initial term is due in full at the time you place your order through our secure online payment system.

  2. Automatic Renewal of Your Subscription
    TO ENSURE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ALL ADVERTISING SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR SUCCESSIVE SIX (6) MONTH PERIODS. Your original payment method will be charged automatically at the then-current rate for each renewal term, unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

  3. Express Affirmative Consent to Recurring Billing
    By purchasing our advertising services, you provide your express affirmative consent to the automatic renewal terms and the recurring charges as described herein. You authorize CatholicBusinessDirectory.com to charge your designated payment method for the initial term and for each subsequent renewal term until your subscription is canceled as provided in these Terms.

  4. Cancellation Procedure
    To cancel your advertising subscription and prevent automatic renewal, you must submit your cancellation request at least thirty (30) days prior to your next renewal date. You can cancel using one of the following methods:

  • Through your online account via the Customer Dashboard.

  • Via email to [email protected].

  • In writing via certified mail to: 24881 Alicia Parkway, Suite E-316, Laguna Hills, CA 92656, United States.

We will provide a confirmation of your cancellation. If you sign up for the service online, you must be able to cancel it online.

  1. No Refunds
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with fewer than thirty (30) days’ notice before the renewal date. Furthermore, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.

  2. Payment Processing and Security
    We utilize industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to protect your payment information. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to process all fees associated with your subscription. Should a payment be declined, we reserve the right to re-attempt the transaction and/or contact you to arrange for an alternative payment method.

  3. Secure Storage of Payment Information
    Your payment information is securely stored in compliance with applicable payment card industry standards to facilitate automatic renewals. You may update your payment information at any time through your account dashboard. However, any changes to your payment information will not affect your subscription status; cancellations must be made as described in Section 4.

  4. Advertising Content and Intellectual Property
    You are solely responsible for the content of your advertisement. All advertisements must be truthful, accurate, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. By submitting an advertisement, you grant CatholicBusinessDirectory.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your advertisement on our platform.

  5. Limitation of Liability
    CatholicBusinessDirectory.com is not responsible for the content of any third-party advertisements. We do not endorse any advertised products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the advertising service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  6. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

  7. Changes to These Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
